Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only if you have accessed less than 40% of the course content, or only the first module if the course is structured in multiple modules, and you have not attempted any quizzes or assignments. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of enrolment. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Some fees, such as transaction or processing fees from third-party providers, may be non-refundable.
No Refund Eligibility: You are not eligible for a refund if you have accessed 40% or more of the course content, completed the first module, or attempted any quizzes or assignments.
